About 89ld — Built for Bangladesh's Online Gaming Community

The 89ld Story — Where We Started and Where We Are Today

How 89ld became one of Bangladesh's most recognised online gaming destinations.

89ld was built with a single focus: to give Bangladeshi players a genuinely local online gaming experience. For too long, Bangladeshi players had to use offshore platforms designed for European or Southeast Asian markets — platforms that did not support bKash or Nagad, that had no understanding of BPL cricket betting markets, and that offered customer support only during hours that meant nothing to someone in Dhaka or Chittagong. 89ld was created to fix exactly that. The platform was designed around the specific habits and preferences of Bangladeshi players: mobile-first because that is how people in Bangladesh access the internet, local payment integration because that is how people in Bangladesh move money, and a game library that includes the cricket betting markets Bangladeshi fans actually care about.

Today, 89ld serves players across all eight divisions of Bangladesh — from Dhaka and Chittagong to Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur and Mymensingh. The platform operates continuously, with live casino tables running around the clock, slots available at any hour, and cricket betting markets live during BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup and every significant international fixture involving Bangladesh Tigers. The 89ld wallet system connects directly to bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay, meaning deposits and withdrawals happen in real time without conversion fees or unnecessary delays.

The 89ld platform has grown steadily since launch, adding new game providers, expanding the live casino section with more table variants, and continuously refining the mobile experience based on feedback from active players. Seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladeshi cultural events — Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Ramadan, Victory Day, BPL season — reflect how seriously 89ld takes its identity as a platform built for this market. The work is ongoing. Every update to 89ld is driven by the same question: what does a Bangladeshi player actually need?

Our Mission and Core Values

The four principles that guide every decision made at 89ld.

89ld's mission is straightforward: to be the most trusted and most enjoyable online gaming platform for adults in Bangladesh. That mission is supported by four core values that inform how the product is built, how the support team operates, and how the platform communicates with its players.

• 1

  Player Trust First

Every system on the 89ld platform — from payment processing to game RNG to account security — is built to earn and maintain player trust. SSL encryption protects every transaction. Game outcomes use certified RNG engines from licensed providers. Deposit and withdrawal histories are always available for player review. 89ld does not hide fees, does not manipulate odds, and does not make withdrawal conditions opaque.

• 2

  Local Relevance Always

89ld is not trying to be a global platform that works in Bangladesh. It is trying to be Bangladesh's platform. That means supporting bKash and Nagad natively, running promotions around BPL and Eid rather than sports or holidays irrelevant to local players, and offering cricket betting markets that reflect the games Bangladeshi fans actually watch and care about.

• 3

  Mobile Performance Without Compromise

Most Bangladeshi players access 89ld on an Android phone, often on a 4G or even 3G connection. The platform is engineered for this reality. Pages load fast, games run smoothly on mid-range handsets, and the interface is touch-native — not a desktop layout squeezed onto a small screen. Performance testing covers the full range of devices commonly used across Bangladesh, from flagship Samsung phones in Gulshan to budget Walton handsets in Barisal.

• 4

  Responsible and Safe Gaming

89ld is strictly for players aged 21 and above. The platform does not tolerate underage access, and age verification is part of the account process. 89ld also provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limit guidance and information on self-exclusion for players who feel their gambling habits need adjustment. Gaming should be entertainment — when it stops being that, 89ld wants to be part of the solution, not the problem.

What 89ld Offers — Our Full Game and Service Range

Six core categories covering everything a Bangladeshi player needs in one account.

Who 89ld Is Built For — Our Players Across Bangladesh

89ld serves adult players from every part of Bangladesh, across all backgrounds and device types.

89ld's player community spans the full geography of Bangladesh. In Dhaka, players typically access the platform in the evenings after work, often during ongoing BPL or T20 matches, and use bKash as their preferred payment method. In Chittagong, the port city's large working population uses 89ld during downtime shifts and weekend sessions. In Sylhet, a strong cricket culture means the sports betting section draws consistent traffic during any major cricket fixture involving Bangladesh or any IPL season game. Across smaller cities — Jessore, Comilla, Bogura, Cox's Bazar, Narayanganj — players use the platform on mobile data throughout the day.

What unifies 89ld's player base is not geography but shared preferences: a preference for mobile-first experiences, a strong interest in cricket betting alongside casino games, a reliance on bKash or Nagad as the natural way to move money, and an expectation that a platform serving Bangladesh should understand Bangladesh — not treat it as an afterthought. 89ld is designed to meet every one of those expectations.

What Makes 89ld Different — Our Key Differentiators

Four things that separate 89ld from generic offshore platforms in Bangladesh.

The first and most visible differentiator is payment integration. Most offshore platforms that Bangladeshi players encounter support international card payments only — or require complex workarounds to use bKash or Nagad. 89ld connects directly to bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay without any workaround layer. Deposits reflect in the casino wallet within seconds. Withdrawals are processed quickly for verified accounts and return to the player's mobile wallet without conversion delays. This alone resolves the single biggest friction point reported by Bangladeshi online players.

The third differentiator is mobile performance. 89ld was designed mobile-first — meaning the mobile browser experience was not a downgrade from a desktop version but the primary product. Live casino streams are compressed for mobile data efficiency. Slot games load in seconds even on mid-range handsets. The wallet interface is touch-optimised, making deposits and withdrawals fast and error-free on a 5-inch screen. The fourth differentiator is localisation depth — seasonal promotions, customer support operating on Bangladesh Standard Time, and a game library that reflects the preferences of the Bangladeshi market rather than a global average.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

89ld takes responsible gaming seriously as part of being a trustworthy platform for Bangladeshi players.
